Andrew P. Hanson is a senior manager with The Structure Group. He has 20 years of experience in power system engineering and operations and consulting, having worked at Tampa Electric, Siemens, and ABB and having led the development of an office for a small privately held engineering firm. His expertise is focused on power delivery system operations and planning, having led the development of processes, forecasts, plans, and distribution automation implementations for a number of utilities. Dr. Hanson received his BEE from the Georgia Institute of Technology and his MEE and PhD in electrical engineering from Auburn University.
