Chalk Bombs
Filled with sidewalk chalk paint, chalk bombs are a fun twist on regular water balloons. Not only are they fun to throw, they also leave a colorful splash behind. Store the extras in the freezer to make frozen marbles.
DIRECTIONS
1. Make a batch of sidewalk chalk paint in the color of your choice. Pour the mixture into the water-balloon pump.
2. Fill the water balloons with the water-balloon pump and tie.
3. If you don’t have a water-balloon pump, you can also use an empty shampoo or lotion pump bottle. Another alternative is to fill the balloons with a water shooter.
Tip
The thinner you make the paint (the more water you add), the less likely it will clog your pump.
4. Use them like regular water balloons, but watch as the paint makes colorful designs on the sidewalk or driveway as they burst open. Don’t forget to save a few to make frozen marbles!
