Amy is a managing partner and cofounder of Paravis Partners, a boutique executive coaching and leadership development firm that has coached and trained thousands of leaders across a variety of industries.

Amy is also the coauthor of the Harvard Business Review Press book Own the Room: Discover Your Signature Voice to Master Your Leadership Presence and is a regular contributor to the Harvard Business Review online. She has also been a contributing author to the HBR Emotional Intelligence books—Leadership Presence, Focus, Confidence, and Mindful Listening—as well as the HBR Guide to Coaching Employees and the HBR Guide to Thinking Strategically. She has also been interviewed by media outlets including the Wall Street Journal, Fast Company, Spirit Magazine, and NewswireFM.

Prior to cofounding Paravis Partners, Amy’s previous business experience includes serving as a management consultant for Booz Allen & Hamilton, where she advised senior executives of consumer products companies on marketing and growth strategies. She was also a strategic planner for the Taco Bell Corp. and was instrumental in helping to launch Taco Bell into nontraditional points of distribution.

Amy holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in psychology from Stanford University, graduating from both with honors and distinctions. Her additional certifications in Integral Coaching, yoga, and meditation and her passion for the Eastern philosophies provide for a unique high-impact, whole-person approach to executive development.
