At the top of our screen, we see the main toolbar. Each button opens a menu that helps us access various tools, as shown in the following screenshot:

• Navigation menu: The first button opens the navigation menu. This gives us easy access to the data tools, such as Data manager, Data load editor, and Data model viewer. It also gives us a shortcut to access the hub to open another app.
• Information menu: The second button is the information menu. This allows us to access online help and information about the product.
• Save button: The third button is the Save button. This is only available on the Qlik Sense Desktop. For Qlik Cloud and Qlik Sense Enterprise, the changes in the application interface are saved automatically.
• Toggle button: The application title is a toggle button. Clicking on the title helps us hide or display application information. We can edit the application information (name and description), and there are also options to style the app.

The second toolbar can be used to manage sheets, bookmarks, and stories. The following screenshot depicts the various buttons on the second row:

• Sheets: This shows the sheets available for exploration and also gives the option to create a new sheet
• Bookmarks: This shows the bookmarks available for direct and easy access to selections and sheets
• Stories: This displays the stories available for presentation and also helps to create stories

We can change the display by switching from grid view to list view using the buttons at the right-hand side of the toolbar.
