Sapna Welsh holds a master’s degree in human resources from The Ohio State University, and a BBA in international business from The George Washington University. She is a licensed HR professional, a registered corporate coach, and certified in various psychometric tools.
Caroline Kersten holds a master’s degrees in European studies and Dutch law from the University of Amsterdam, and an LLM in European law from the College of Europe Bruges. She has lived and worked in the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany and Switzerland and is fluent in four languages.
