In this chapter, we explored the key skills that need to be mastered to effectively mediate, and looked at ways that you can practice and master these skills. A final word of advice is to simply give these skills a go: don't worry too much about precisely what and how you say things as you can always have another go. It is far better to try and learn from your experience, than not to try at all.
