About the Author

Chef, teacher, caterer, author, and food promoter for the past fifteen years, Gabriella Llamas has run her own business, La Huerta del Emperador (the Emperor’s Orchard), which is devoted to artisanal, traditional Spanish food, made with the best ingredients. With individual cooking classes, cooking parties, olive oil and wine tastings, and food tours, she shares the secrets of timeless, traditional Spanish cuisine with clients and friends alike. She feels very fortunate to learn so much from them.
