CIM devices and networks
The control devices and the industrial networks will be analyzed and discussed more thoroughly in Chapter 3, Industrial Data Flow and Devices. In this section, we will provide a description of each of these industrial systems. This will introduce the next section, which will present the flow of industrial data from the factory to the cloud.
A description of the devices and applications related to the CIM pyramid is given in the following section.
