Endpoint security refers to the protection of an organization's network when accessed through remote devices, such as smartphones, tablets, and laptops. Endpoint threat detection and response (ETDR) focuses on the endpoint as opposed to the network. It is recommended to leverage integrated security tools in order to understand the security holes of edge devices in order to strengthen the cloud networks and servers.
