In this final section, we offer strategies around infusing the practice of user testing into your entire company. Human insight gleaned from user tests should become an integral part of your corporate culture. Otherwise, you can't cultivate that all‐important shared understanding of the people you serve or truly center the customer in every discussion, activity, and decision. User testing and the human insight it yields should be a constant presence.

With that in mind, we've offered strategies for two approaches: creating a groundswell of support among multiple departments through a grassroots movement or by promoting and driving human insight from the C‐suite. Naturally, we hope you won't just take one approach or the other, but marry them together so this culture shift can happen organically and quickly.
