We’ve spent the first two parts of this book discussing and dispelling many of the myths we’ve come to believe are true when it comes to growing an organization. More importantly, we’ve introduced various means and methods that many unstoppable organizations have used in order to create stronger connections with their employees, customers, and between employees and customers, with the latter being the most powerful. In Part 3 we will explore in greater detail how some organizations are still managing to achieve consistent levels of explosive growth, and the strategies and tactics they are deploying that have set them apart from their competition. We’ll look at some examples of unstoppable organizations that are experiencing explosive growth in their market through the use of these strategies, including Hillberg and Berk, Saje Natural Wellness, and others.
