Appendix E
This appendix provides a general checklist intended to assist compliance managers and personnel performing inspections and assessments of drinking water systems that provide potable drinking water. These tools are provided for instructional purpose and guidance only and are not intended to represent an all-inclusive collection of SWDA regulatory requirements. The checklist provided in this appendix is adapted from the U.S. government agencies. Most states are authorized to implement and enforce SWDA regulations, and many states have state-specific compliance tools available on their websites.
