Toggles the delayed block cleanout feature on or off, reducing pinging in Oracle Parallel Server. Keeping this feature set to TRUE sets a fast path in which Oracle does not log block cleanout at commit time. Logging block cleanout occurs when the block is subsequently changed. This generally improves Oracle Parallel Server performance, especially when block pings are a problem.
