Ok, so by now you know quite a lot about OSGi and bundle development on Felix, and you are well on your way with the bookshelf project.
In this chapter, you have completed the business logic tier of the case study. You have:
- Defined and implemented the
BookshelfServiceinterface - Learned how to look up a service on the OSGi framework
- Installed the service bundle onto you Felix framework
In the next chapter, we'll look at the Felix Gogo Shell Service, and more specifically, at how to implement and register our own commands. This will be the first part of the presentation tier (Tier 1).
