Beth Melton, Microsoft Office MVP since 2000 and Microsoft Office Specialist Master Instructor, has been teaching others how to use Office applications more efficiently and developing custom Microsoft Office solutions for almost 20 years. She co-authored Microsoft Word 2007 Inside Out (Microsoft Press) and is a regular contributor to several websites, including Microsoft Office Online.

Beth spends her leisure time with her three children and enjoys finding different ways to give back to her community by integrating her love of technology, newly developed culinary skills, and passion for healthy eating.

Mark Dodge has been working with and writing about Microsoft software since 1989, and is co-author of the Microsoft Press titles Microsoft Office Excel 2013 Inside Out and the MOS 2013 Study Guide for Excel Expert. As a senior writer in the Office group at Microsoft, he created print, online, and multimedia documentation for all Microsoft Office software, and continues to work as a contract technical writer and editor, most recently in emergency management planning at FEMA. Mark is a lifelong jazz and rock musician, as well as an award-winning fine art photographer.

A Microsoft PowerPoint MVP since 2000, Echo Swinford began her PowerPoint career in 1997. She holds a Master’s degree in New Media from the Indiana University-Purdue University at Indianapolis School of Informatics. Echo is the owner of Echosvoice, a PowerPoint consulting firm specializing in custom template development; presentation creation, makeovers and cleanup; and PowerPoint training for large and small corporate clients. Ben M. Schorr is a technologist and Chief Executive Officer for Roland Schorr & Tower, a professional consulting firm headquartered in Honolulu, Hawaii with offices in Los Angeles and Arizona. He is also the author of several books and articles on technology including “The Lawyer’s Guide to Microsoft Outlook”, “The Lawyer’s Guide to Microsoft Word” and “OneNote in One Hour”. He’s been a Microsoft MVP for more than 15 years and involved with management and technology for more than 20. In his free time he’s an Ironman triathlete and a high school football coach. He currently lives in Flagstaff, Arizona with his wife Carrie.
