The Azure Migrate Server Migration tool can be used to migrate the machines to Azure. It supports the migration of physical and virtualized servers using agent-based replication. A wide range of machines can be migrated to Azure, such as Hyper-V or VMware VMs, on-premises physical servers, VMs running in private clouds, VMs running in public clouds such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and VMs virtualized by platforms such as Xen and KVM.

You can migrate machines after assessing them, or without an assessment.
