References and Bibliography

Foreword: Some useful references from the Internet are listed among the more traditional book and periodical references below; using their titles in search engines as starting points are more likely to lead to the types of articles you are looking for. While most of the references are cited where appropriate in the text, some are not. I found these noncited references to be useful in developing a general overview of major topics and many of them have good examples illustrating the use and processing of information to support business decisions.
