Insights show the cluster metrics. The following screenshot shows the CPU utilization and the memory utilization of all the nodes in the cluster:

Scrolling down shows the node and pod status monitoring. This is important if you have nodes going from the Ready to Not Ready state. This would be very useful information when contacting Azure support if something goes wrong. Similarly, if pods are in a failed state, you can find that out here:
