Errors view

Like the integrations view, this has several ways to present the errors as shown as follows:

Errors view

Click on the errors count or integration name (that is FilteredFlightStatusEnquiry_Ch7) and you will be given a list view that is the same as the Error Message Details menu, except the list is filtered to the relevant integration.

As with the other previous view of integration instances, you can drill into to see what happened in the instance execution. In addition to the filtering of the view, the ability to resubmit the integration or discard the partially executed integration can be achieved by clicking the tick box to the left of the integration icon (or clicking on Select All at the top) and clicking on either the Discard or Resubmit buttons. Using the Resubmit button will cause the integration to try to execute again; confirmation of the request will result in a status message acknowledging the request. Resubmitting an integration more than once will result in the subsequent resubmissions being notified as not possible. Only integrations that can operate in an asynchronous manner (such as Orchestrations) can benefit from the Resubmit option.

Clicking on Errors by Connection will group the integration instances that have had an error related to each specific connection, as shown next. As with the Errors by Integration, you can drill down into the specific instances:

You may have observed that in this connections example, to the right of the connection are two icons. These provide the means to bulk resubmit or discard the execution of integrations that are true to this grouping. This ability is also offered in the integrations view.

The benefit of being able to see Errors via integration and by connection, is to help identify where the problem may lie, particularly if it is intermittent (for example, a connection to a service intermittently times out as it is overloaded), as you are able to easily spot a correlation to a connection used by lots of integrations, for example.

The final distinct view for errors is the By Status Message, which presents the integrations that have been resubmitted, and their status, which could be in progress, success, or failure.
