Sets a warning limit on the number of concurrent user sessions. Additional users can still connect after this limit is reached, but a message is written in the ALERT file for each new connection. Users with the RESTRICTED SESSION privilege connecting after the limit is reached receive a message warning that the system is nearing maximum capacity. If the value of LICENSE_SESSIONS_WARNING is 0, no warning is given when approaching the concurrent usage (session) limit. If this parameter is set to a non-zero number, LICENSE_MAX_SESSIONS should also be set.
