LICENSE_MAX_SESSIONS
Values:0 to number of session licenses
Default:0
Limits the maximum number of user sessions allowed to run concurrently. When this limit is reached, only users with the RESTRICTED SESSION privilege can connect to the server. All other users will receive a warning message indicating that the system has reached maximum capacity. When this parameter is set to 0,concurrent session licensing is not enforced. Concurrent usage licensing and user licensing should not both be enabled; thus, either LICENSE_MAX_SESSIONS or LICENSE_MAX_USERS should always be set to 0. Multiple instances can have different values, but the total for all instances mounting a database should not be greater than the total number of sessions licensed for that database.
If this parameter is set to a non-zero number, you must also set LICENSE_SESSIONS_WARNING.
