Chapter 13. The reality

It can be difficult to take a conceptual model and turn it into a practical reality. Questions form in the mind: at what level can I use the model?; what skills do I need to make things happen?; do I tell the client what is happening?; how do I manage that first client meeting? Although there is no right or simple answer for these questions, the following ideas will help to position ways to think about and plan for the client engagement.
