Impact on different audiences/stakeholders

Different people/stakeholders and the relationship the leader has with them require different considerations when it comes to impact. In this part of the book, stories paint the picture of opportunities for impact relevant to each different group.

Each chapter starts off by exploring that particular group of stakeholders, their needs and interests and how to take all that into consideration when deciding to have a greater impact on them. Short stories are used to illustrate opportunities and solutions for impact.
