X4.1 OVERVIEW

While estimating activity resources, activity durations, project benefits (value), and project costs, a myriad of tools and techniques are available for selection by the project team. The assembled list is not comprehensive and many variants exist. For estimating categories, refer to Table X4-1 and for estimating tools and techniques, refer to Table X4-2.
