Create Coherence by Chartering Alignment

An effective project liftoff helps a team achieve alignment—a shared understanding about the work and how it will be accomplished. Along with purpose, which we looked at in the previous chapter, and context, which will be explored in the next chapter, alignment helps the team create an alliance to achieve its mission.
