We have looked at the Kanban board and how to configure it to model your existing workflow, as well as setting up column constraints to limit work in progress, which is the key concept with Kanban. We have also looked at some of the charts available to help you identify potential bottlenecks in your process, so you and your team can work together to address those issues, and improve your process.
