Building an enterprise architecture repository is a dynamic process that usually starts small and builds up as you progress, so making changes to its structure is a very common occurrence. You need to know how to properly adopt these changes without breaking the integrity of the repository and risking losing your spent efforts.

Additionally, you have to keep in mind that most of your audience are not experts in using Sparx Systems Enterprise Architect, so being able to share your work with them using documents and web content will help in delivering the value of your enterprise architecture to a larger audience.
