BUSINESS ANALYSIS PERFORMANCE SURVEY

Explanation: It is useful to seek feedback from customers on a regular basis, and at least at the end of a business analysis assignment to enable reflection and growth. The categories shown below were created with input from a large number of BA managers and senior BAs, via the cross-industry BAMF. The categories are considered to be most relevant to customers, reflect the key aspects of the BA role and to be applicable for many settings (e.g. project, business as usual, work package) and different development methodologies (e.g. Linear/Waterfall, Agile).
