Deal with the inevitable changes caused by competitive, environmental, political, cultural, and economic factors.
Know when your business model is weakening and when it’s not. All business models weaken over time, but some indicators point to problem areas that you can fix before it’s too late.
Realize the consequences of leaving your business model unchanged. No matter how risky change seems, stagnating is worse. Take some risks and always be prepared to change course.
Find the root cause of disguised business issues. Hint: It’s probably a problem with your business model.
