Ethical corporations treat people with respect, honesty, meritocracy, and integrity. This is very important as an attempt to keep promises and high commitment levels while implementing the business plan and achieving organizational goals. Business ethics is concerned not only with internal corporate operations but also with external interconnections, such as interactions with consumers, investors, and government.
