Bart Kavanagh MA(Arch) LLM RIBA FCIArb MAE

Bart Kavanagh is a chartered architect (associate director, Probyn Miers) and a non-practising barrister with masters degrees in both architecture and law. He also has a diploma in international arbitration and is an accredited mediator. Having spent more than 35 years in the construction industry, Bart's experience spans a wide range of projects, from small residential properties and large retail or commercial developments, to international airports. He has acted as an expert witness in over 40 cases in the UK, the UAE and Oman. These have given him first-hand experience of litigation, international arbitration, adjudication and mediation.
