Juan is now a partner at the firm. He is working on creating new algorithms for industry analysis to discover new connections between players in a particular field. His office is consistently covered with very busy-looking flip charts.

Damon Miller

A few years after his experience on the team, Damon left his job at the firm to become a travel writer. Whether it's eating fried grasshoppers in Thailand or making goat's milk ice cream in Ireland, he's known for trying the most unusual things each city he visits has to offer. His Extreme Travel show on the Discovery Channel premieres this fall.

Maya Russo

Maya is a very successful team leader within the firm, and is known for her even-handed approach. Her specialty has been entering teams that may not be functioning well and serving as a mediating yet task-driven influence.

Elaine Cassidy

The year after participating on the team, Elaine retired happily to her family's farm in Montana, where she sees immediate results of her hard work. She breeds alpacas and bison to produce yarn that sells for up to $25 per ounce.

Amy Satori

Amy was promoted to partner and is known for being a highly capable innovator who knows how to get ideas to a higher level. When a team finds itself stuck in an early part of the process, they come to Amy. She has the phone at Elaine's ranch on speed-dial for when it's time to implement a plan.

Kate Murdock

After leading the breakthrough team, Kate was presented with many opportunities. Eventually, she chose to join a high-profile consulting firm in Chicago that specializes in creativity and breakthrough thinking. She loves her job.
