Number of Workloads x CPU Speed in MHz or GHz = Current CPU Resources Required
- Determine the maximum utilization threshold. This is the maximum percentage of available resources that should be consumed.
- Determine the amount of growth in CPU resources that the environment should support.
- Calculate the amount of CPU resources required:
Current Workload CPU Resources + Future Growth + Maximum Utilization Threshold = Total CPU Resources Required
