Chapter 29
BE A SHARK: EAT, SWIM, DEVOUR

In Phase III of the Altman Close, the last act of the drama, the offers come in fast, fierce, no time to think, only react. The shot clock ticks down and you make moves on pure instinct, pure gut, all heart. Phase III moves like the Grand Prix. This is where the professionals step up, taking every offer and counter and working it upward into the highest, the best. The close races by in a blur.

But you’re good to go. You’re “Hollywood.” You’re researched and prepared. It’s Game Time. You know what you want and you know how to get there. The walk-away is your own planned reset because you know what to do. You’re a professional. You’re a beast. You’re a killer closer.

That’s why I love my nickname. Sharks got to keep moving and everyone knows it. If you sit at my table, my eyes watch your every move. I break you down. I analyze all that has been done and said through every phase of the open, work and close. I know exactly what I want and what I’ll give up to get there. I’ll walk away from anything and restart a broken deal in minutes. I move that fast.

I’m a self-made millionaire who’s lost everything and recovered. My skills are superior. I’m cool, calm, collected, confident, and calculated. But my teeth are sharp. There’s always another house and there’s always another client. I’ve set it up that way since the open. That’s how I run each deal. That’s how I run my business. “I’m Hollywood.” I plot my strategies. I call my plays. I’m my own coach because I’m a superstar for my clients. I go to war. I win battles. I please. I close. I make money. Use the Altman Close and you will now, too.
