Here is how we proceed with transforming a TensorFlow:
- Install Android Studio from https://developer.android.com/studio/install.html.
- Install Bazel by following the instructions at https://docs.bazel.build/versions/master/install.html. For macOS, we are going to use Homebrew:

- Clone the TensorFlow distribution from GitHub:
git clone https://github.com/TensorFlow/TensorFlow.git
- Build the graph transformer which summarizes the graph itself:
bazel run TensorFlow/tools/graph_transforms:summarize_graph -- --in_graph=/Users/gulli/graphs/inception5h/TensorFlow_inception_graph.pb

To use with TensorFlow/tools/benchmark:benchmark_model try these arguments:
bazel run TensorFlow/tools/benchmark:benchmark_model -- --graph=/Users/gulli/graphs/inception5h/TensorFlow_inception_graph.pb --show_flops --input_layer=input --input_layer_type=float --input_layer_shape= --output_layer=output,output1,output2
- Strip all the nodes used for training, which are not needed when the graph is used for inference on mobile devices:
