Acknowledgments

Tonya and Adam Engst’s enthusiasm and support in embracing my notion for this book took me through the first edition, in which they helped extend and enrich this book through a rewarding editing process while features in Slack continued to evolve. Three years later, Slack has changed in ways big and small, and Take Control publisher Joe Kissell’s invaluable attention to detail brought this edition to life. Thanks to Jeff Carlson for my author’s photo.

Shameless Plug

Glenn is also the author of A Practical Guide to Networking, Privacy, and Security in iOS 12, Take Control of Your Apple ID, and Take Control of Wi-Fi Networking and Security.
