About the Author

Ann Logue is a lecturer in finance at the University of Illinois at Chicago and specializes in writing about business and finance. She holds a BA in economics from Northwestern University and an MBA with concentrations in finance and accounting from the University of Chicago. In addition to writing books on finance and investing topics, Logue has written about industries, executives, and current events for Barron’s, Entrepreneur, Newsweek Japan, and other publications. She lives in Chicago and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
