Paul has worked across a wide variety of sectors, recent clients include Takeda, Tesco, Legal and General, Panasonic, Santander, Asda, Royal Air Force, BNP Paribas and many more.

In recent years, Paul has dedicated his business activities to helping organizations translate a strengths-focused approach to bottom-line business performance. He is a frequent contributor to business publications and regular conference speaker.
