Unattended Installation

Answer file: Specifies options for installation
Setup Manager: Creates answer files, SYSPREP files, remote installation scripts
Disk Duplication: System Preparation Tool (SYSPREP) creates generic system; may require reinstall; drive imaging requires third-party software
Remote Installation Services (RIS): Install remotely with floppy or boot image from central distribution

Service Packs

Upgrade.exe installs service pack
Slipstreaming: Upgrade.exe /slip adds service pack changes to installation files for use during install
