Steal Something

Your competitors might be doing some great things on the Internet. Copy their approach. Although businesses do this all the time, few admit it. Things change so rapidly in the wired community that we no longer have the luxury of forging unique schemas to cover every angle. Why not adapt a good idea that you see on the Net to fit a need you have?

As long as it's not proprietary or copyrighted, why not? Some competitors, especially the smaller ones, are being quite innovative.
