In this chapter, we introduced the concept of an enterprise perspective when using Watson, looked at a simple roadmap for Watson (past, present, and future), discussed upgrading your version of IBM Watson, provided next steps, and then finished with another sample use case that illustrated some enterprise perspective use of Watson.

In the next chapter, we will look at the professional version of Watson and how Watson can add value to IBM Cognos Business Intelligence, a web-based, integrated business intelligence suite by IBM that provides a toolset for reporting, analysis, score carding, and monitoring of events and metrics.
