We have explored the depths of what inclusive leadership looks like from a model perspective and through the eyes of inclusive leaders, sharing their opinions and situational examples.

But it all comes back to the So what?. So what if we know what inclusive leadership looks like? So what if we have leaders who eloquently share their views on it and who carefully bought into the business case? What difference does it ultimately make in organizations that have embraced the value of equitable organizations and have committed to being the design architects for it? What have they ended up building?

Here, we tell the story of four exemplars, each in a different field and each in a different stage of diversity and inclusion maturity. The stories of what they built are both inspiring and complex in their comprehensive nature—which is the point.
