About the Authors

Greg Jarboe is president of SEO‐PR, which he co‐founded with Jamie O'Donnell in 2003. Their digital marketing agency has generated award‐winning results for a variety of clients, including Southwest Airlines, the SES Conference & Expo series, as well as Rutgers University. He has been the faculty chair of Video and Content Marketing at Market Motive, as well as an instructor at Simplilearn, Rutgers Business School Executive Education, and the New Media Academy. He's a member of the standards committee for OMCP.

Greg is the author of YouTube and Video Marketing: An Hour a Day (2009, 2011). He's also a contributor to Complete B2B Online Marketing by William Leake, Lauren Vaccarello, and Maura Ginty; Enchantment by Guy Kawasaki; Strategic Digital Marketing by Eric Greenberg and Alexander Kates; and The Art of SEO by Eric Enge, Stephan Spencer, and Jessie Stricchiola. Matt Bailey teaches digital marketing to the world's biggest brands and at the most recognized universities.

He has taught Google employees how to use Google Analytics.

He has custom‐developed digital marketing workshops for Microsoft, Disney, Nationwide, Orange, Hewlett Packard, Procter & Gamble, and IBM.

From developing real‐estate websites in 1996 to starting his own digital marketing agency, Matt has been at the forefront of entrepreneurship and digital marketing. Michael Stebbins is a director and co‐founder of OMCP, curating best practices and certification standards in digital marketing in cooperation with industry leaders. Today, OMCP standards are taught by more than 1,000 colleges, universities, and training institutions worldwide.

Michael has led multiple companies from bootstrap to high‐multiple acquisitions spanning ecommerce, digital marketing tools, and digital marketing curriculum for agencies and universities. As CEO and co‐founder of Market Motive (acquired by Simplilearn), Michael and his team changed the way the world learns digital marketing. As vice president of marketing at ClickTracks (Acquired by Lyris), Michael was part of the team that disrupted the digital analytics market, showing the world a new way to look at analytics. In marketing technology, Michael was awarded the first patent for marketing automation lead scoring (US 7698420) in 2010 and continues to write poorly structured code for marketing automation systems.

After Market Motive was acquired, Michael returned to his passion to guide digital marketing, SEO, and advertising initiatives at Dell, RSA, and other companies. Brad Geddes is a co‐founder of AdAlysis, a PPC recommendation engine that has won multiple awards for the Best PPC Management Suite in multiple countries. He is the author of Advanced Google AdWords, the most advanced book ever written about Google's advertising program. He sits on the board of the Paid Search Association and is the PPC chair for Simplilearn and Market Motive.

Brad has spoken or keynoted at more than 125 conferences across the world. In addition, he has led more than 120 Google Ads workshops, which have been attended by over 10,000 digital marketers.

He started his PPC career in 1998. Over those years, he has started or expanded multiple agencies as well as started multiple software companies. Several of his projects have been acquired by other companies. Over those years, Brad has worked with many of the world's leading companies in managing and perfecting their PPC management and workflows. Companies that Brad has worked with or trained include Salesforce, Amazon, Oracle, Mailchimp, LL Bean, Capital One, GroupM, and Procter & Gamble.

One of his trademarks has been demystifying the complicated aspects of SEM. Not one to hold secrets, Brad prefers to educate marketers on the various aspects of crafting successful marketing campaigns to ensure the success for all parties involved.

Cindy Krum is the founder and CEO of MobileMoxie (previously Rank‐Mobile). She has been bringing fresh and creative ideas about SEO and ASO to consulting clients and digital marketing stages around the world since 2005. She regularly speaks at national and international trade events and launched MobileMoxie in 2008 to address mobile‐specific marketing needs within the traditional digital marketing industry. Cindy's leadership helped MobileMoxie launch the first mobile‐focused SEO toolset, to help SEOs see what actual mobile search results and pages look like from anywhere and to provide insights about the impact of mobile‐first indexing on search results. Free versions of these great tools are now available to all digital marketers as two easy‐to‐use Chrome extensions.

Outside of work, Cindy is an animal lover, spending as much time as possible with her dog, Barkley. She loves to travel and is also an avid audiobook listener, sometimes listening to two or three books per week or more. She lives in Denver, Colorado, and whenever the weather is nice, she strives to be outside, spending time at festivals and cafes, working in her yard, or just walking in nature. Otherwise, her hobbies are mostly creative and include painting, cooking, sewing, and crafts.

Kim Krause Berg, CPACC, accessibility specialist and QA analyst, human experience design, BM Technologies, Inc. (BMTX) f/k/a BankMobile, owns Creative Vision Web Consulting, LLC, where she has provided website consulting services for more than 25 years. Her work experience includes UX, accessibility, information architecture, software QA testing, and SEO.

An early pioneer in search engine optimization techniques in the late 1990s, her passion for user experience became known as Holistic UX and SEO. Today she specializes in website accessibility and works full time for BMTX as a QA analyst specializing in web accessibility. She earned the highly distinguished IAAP CPACC Certification and is a featured speaker and writer with an esteemed reputation.

An early adopter of blending SEO and UX methodologies, she launched Cre8pc.com (decommissioned) in 1996 as a search engine optimization teaching site. Trained in human factors in 2000, Kim created and taught what she called, “holistic UX and SEO,” which included accessibility with persuasive user focused design practices. In 1998, she founded Cre8asiteforums, the first forums to discuss usability and accessibility topics. It was closed May 25, 2018.

Kim is a writer and speaker and taught basic website usability at the now closed Search Engine College for 12 years.
