Laura Lavender, coauthor of the best-selling Creative Lettering and Beyond: Inspiring tips, techniques, and ideas for hand lettering your way to beautiful work of art, has worked as a calligraphy scribe, illustrator. and designer since 2008. In that time, she has designed for greeting card companies, big brands, book publishers, and fashion designers. Clients and publications that have featured her work include The New York Times, NBC Universal, Vogue, Nordstrom, American Greetings, Bravo, Fox Searchlight Pictures, The Pioneer Woman, and Style Me Pretty.
