90. Space Force

I've already described some of the techniques that you need to use to solve this problem. For example, previous solutions have shown how to play sounds, use timers to control movement, add acceleration to velocity, and use velocity to update position.

I can't say that the rest of this example solution is exactly simple, but much of it is straightforward and it's too long to include all of it here, so I'll just describe the most interesting new techniques. You can download the program to see all of the details.

The following sections describe the program's Sprite, Bubble, and Ship classes, and techniques for handling keyboard events.
