In addition, his team is building novel methods for bot detection, intrusion detection, and real-time anomaly detection. Arun has also worked at Twitter.

John Allspaw has spent over 20 years in software engineering and operations, and has held engineering leadership positions at Friendster, Flickr, and Etsy. He is the author of The Art of Capacity Planning and Web Operations: Keeping the Data on Time (both O’Reilly).
