Odoo automatically takes a backup of your production instance daily. Odoo also takes an automatic backup whenever you merge a new development branch and update the module. You can also perform a manual backup from the button at the top.

Odoo.sh keeps a total of 14 full backups for the Odoo production instance for up to three months—one per day for seven days, one per week for four weeks, and one per month for three months. From the backup tab, you can access one month of backups (seven daily and four weekly backups). If you want to get older backups, you can ask for help from Odoo.com (https://www.odoo.com/).

If you are moving to Odoo.sh from the on-premise or online option, you can import your database with the Import Database button. If you import your database directly in the production, it might cause issues. To avoid this, you should import the database in the staging branch first.
