As you take this exam, and perhaps the rest of the exams in this book, you might want to keep a test log. In this log, you should record which questions you guessed on and which ones you knew without a doubt. On these exams and on the real exam, it’s sometimes possible to use a “process of elimination” or other test-taking techniques to help you guess a correct answer. In practice, when you get to the real exam you’ll want to do this if you hit a question that stumps you. But for these practice exams, guessing defeats the whole purpose! So, keep your log.
