Louise Worsley has been a project management consultant, lecturer, and coach for nearly thirty years. She is a visiting lecturer at the University of Cape Town on the MSc in Project Management.
Louise is a regular contributor to project management online forums, a judge in the Global Alliance PMO Awards, joint leader of the Success Stories Shared PMSA initiative to encourage the sharing of experiences and learning across the project manager community, and author of “Stakeholder-led Management: Changing the way we manage projects” (Worsley 2016).
Christopher Worsley has been the CEO of CITI Limited since 1991. CITI is a UK-based company dedicated to developing organizational and personal capabilities in project and program management within corporate organizations and government. He has been involved in the development of project and program management as practiced in the UK for over 45 years, including the launch of PRINCE2® and some PM accreditations.
Christopher has worked on over 150 transformation programs—either as the program manager or program architect, or as a lead assessor on program assurance teams. He is a senior advisor on project and program performance to a number of large corporations in South Africa and the UK.
