Part 1: Object-Oriented Programming in C#

The first section of this book introduces the C# language and the principles of object-oriented programming in general. We cover the syntax of C# and how to create simple programs. Then we discuss classes, objects, inheritance, and interfaces and explain the fundamentals of UML diagrams. By the time you’ve finished this introductory section, you should feel quite at home in C# and OO programming and ready to learn how to use Design Patterns in your programming.
